We accept most major insurance plans. Upon the birth of your child, we recommend that you contact your human resources department.
Please verify with the insurance company that we participate in the specific plan you are considering.
Upon arrival, please present your insurance card and provide us with any change in your address/phone number.
Payments/copayments are due at the time of service.
Payment/co-payments not paid at time of service – or within 3 days of service – will be charged a $15 service charge. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
